1. Program Description

My Way Carpet (My Way Carpet & Floors, mywaycarpet.com) offers a low-volume, transactional and customer-service text-messaging program for customers who have requested our flooring services and have consented to receive text messages from us. Messages are sent only in connection with your active inquiry, estimate, or job with My Way Carpet. No advertising, promotional offers, coupons, marketing campaigns, or re-engagement marketing are sent under this program.

2. Messages You May Receive

Appointment and service communications
Estimate notifications
Agreements and secure electronic-signature links
Secure payment and deposit links, and payment confirmations
Material, order, and installation / scheduling updates
Customer-service follow-ups related to your active inquiry or job

This program does not include advertising, promotional, coupon, or marketing messages of any kind.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your project and your interactions with our company.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. How You Opt In

We only text customers who have given us their consent through one of these methods:

Dedicated SMS consent form (web opt-in): a My Way Carpet team member may give you a link or QR code to our consent form at mywaycarpet.net/sms-consent, which you open on your own device. The form describes this program, its consent checkbox is unchecked by default, and you must affirmatively check it and submit the form to enroll. You may equally decline and continue by email or in person.
Website form (web opt-in): our Free Estimate form includes a separate, optional, unchecked consent checkbox next to the phone field. Checking it is never required to request an estimate or to make a purchase.
Verbally (phone opt-in): when you call us or our answering service, our team may ask, and will only enroll you if you say yes:
“May My Way Carpet send you text messages about your estimate, appointments, agreements, secure payment links, order and installation updates, and customer service? Message frequency varies and message & data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Your consent is not required to make a purchase.”

Providing your phone number, or requesting an estimate, does not by itself enroll you in text messaging — only your separate, explicit consent does. We keep a record of when and how you consented.

6. How to Opt Out (STOP)

Reply STOP to any text message from us and we will stop sending you texts. You may receive a single final message confirming that you have been opted out. You can also opt out any time by calling 1-877-466-9929 or emailing info@mywaycarpet.com. Opting out of text messages does not affect your project, estimate, or any other way we serve you.

7. Help & Support (HELP)

Reply HELP to any text message for assistance, call 1-877-466-9929 (lines answered 24/7), or email info@mywaycarpet.com.

8. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from My Way Carpet.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy (see Section 13, SMS / Text Message Program) describes how we handle your information. No mobile information is sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes; text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers acting on our behalf to deliver the messages you requested.
