Aladdin has been making floors since 1957, when the Lorberbaum family opened Aladdin Mills in Dalton, Georgia — carpet country. What began as a rug and bath mat operation grew into one of the largest carpet manufacturers in America, and in 1994 Aladdin joined forces with Mohawk Industries in a merger that helped shape the biggest flooring company in the world. Today, Aladdin Commercial is Mohawk’s dedicated Main Street commercial program: contract-grade carpet engineered for real businesses, without the specifier-market price tag.

The lineup is built to take a beating. Most Aladdin broadloom runs solution-dyed fiber — either ColorStrand® nylon or EnviroStrand™ PET — meaning the color goes clear through the strand instead of sitting on the surface, so it stands up to sunlight, bleach-based cleaners, and years of foot traffic. Every style carries Mohawk’s Protection Plus stain and soil technology, and nylon workhorses like True Form are rated for heavy commercial traffic and backed by a Lifetime Limited Wear warranty. With 12-foot and 15-foot roll widths available, we can often seam less and waste less on your project.

Aladdin’s EnviroStrand™ SD fiber is made through Mohawk’s patented Continuum process, which turns recycled plastic bottles — 63 of them in every square yard — into carpet fiber at the largest post-consumer polyester recycling operation in the world, right in Georgia. The fiber averages 91% post-consumer recycled content and is CRI Green Label Plus certified for healthier indoor air.
